Because Pretty Bags items may be ordered specifically for customers, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Pre-Orders
- Estimated arrival is generally 1–3 weeks.
- Arrival times can vary due to circumstances outside of Pretty Bags’ control.
- Customers will be notified when their order arrives.
Holds
- Items are not held without a deposit.
- Deposits are non-refundable.

- Please review photos, descriptions, sizing, and color options before purchasing.
Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled once an item has been ordered specifically for you.
